Accounts Receivable Policy -The Accounts Receivable Policy is to establish guidelines for Customer accounts, invoicing, payments, collection, and write-off of uncollectible amounts

Asset Management Policy - The Asset Management Policy outlines the importance of Asset Management to the City and explains the underlying principles that guide the implementation of consistent Asset Management practices across all departments.

Asset Disposal Policy - The Asset Disposal Policy enables Members of Council and Administration to dispose of City Assets in an open, equitable, and transparent manner and provide guidance in determining the best manner to dispose of Assets

Business Expense and Travel Policy - The Business Expense Reimbursement Policy and Travel Expense Reimbursement Policy ensures fair and reasonable practices when travelling, and that individuals are properly reimbursed for expenses incurred while on authorized City Business.

Debt Management for Capital Expenditures Policy -The Debt Management for Capital Expenditures Policy provides parameters of debt financing for capital expenditures and to maintain long-term viability of the City. 

Donation Policy - The Donation Policy ensures fair and transparent treatment of Donations received or disbursed by the City while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.

Downtown Facade and Building Improvement Policy - The Downtown Facade and Building Improvement Policy is to encourage and stimulate private sector investment in the beautification and redevelopment of the City of Lloydminster’s Downtown Area by providing a grant or loan to building owners who improve the overall appearance of Downtown Area exterior building façades or landscapes.

Family and Community Support Services Grant Policy - The Family and Community Support Services Grant Policy ensures proper distribution of funds received from the Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) Program to non-profit organizations that provide preventative social services to residents.

Finance Charge Policy - The Finance Charge Policy creates a uniform and transparent finance charge on accounts receivable for goods or services rendered by the City of Lloydminster to its customers.

Investment Policy- The Investment Policy ensures proper practices and procedures to prudently invest public funds.

Non-profit Organization Property Tax Exemption Policy - The Non-profit Organization Property Tax Exemption Policy outlines a clear process for property tax exemption requests under Section 314 of the Lloydminster Charter.

Purchasing Card Policy - The Purchasing Card Policy empowers employees within their departments or areas of responsibilities to use Purchasing Cards for City purchases that are within their specified limits.

Purchasing and Procurement Policy - The Purchasing and Procurement Policy outlines how the City of Lloydminster makes purchases and award contracts.

Property Tax Pre-Authorized Debit Plan - The Property Tax Pre-Authorized Debit Plan enables property owners to have automatic withdrawals from their accounts for their following year’s property taxes.

Reserves Policy - The Reserves Policy provide a safeguard and assists with long term financial stability and financial planning.

Safe and Healthy Communities Grant Policy - The Safe and Healthy Communities Grant Policy ensures proper distribution of fees collected pursuant to the sections related to Tobacco Retailer Surcharge and Cannabis Retailer Surcharge in the Business License Bylaw to non-profit organizations and City led initiatives that enhance the health, wellness, and safety of residents.

Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program Policy - The Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program Policy guides the distribution of funds memorials from Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program.

Saskatchewan Tax Enforcement Policy - The Saskatchewan Tax Enforcement Policy provides efficient and consistent administration of The Tax Enforcement Act.

Signing Authority Policy - The Signing Authority Policy To designate individuals who are authorized to execute, approve, and sign contracts and other documents on behalf of the City of Lloydminster, to define an authorized signatory and establish transparent limits on the
scope of that authority, and to provide clarity of roles and responsibilities.

Tangible Capital Asset Policy - The Tangible Capital Asset Policy ensures consistent accounting treatment of Tangible Capital Assets in accordance with section PS 3150 of the Public Sector Accounting Standards including, but not limited to, Classification, Capitalization, Amortization, and subsequent changes.

Tax Arrears Agreement Policy - The Tax Arrears Agreement Policy provides consistent administration of Tax Arrears Agreements.

Aquatic Facilities Allocation Policy - The Aquatic Facilities Allocation Policy provides a fair and equal booking process for the City's of Lloydminster's Aquatic Facilities.

Area Structure Plan Policy - Part 17 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA) imparts the authority for Council to adopt an Area Structure Plan Policy to outline land uses within the City of Lloydminster.

Automated Photo Enforcement Policy - The Automated Photo Enforcement Policy provides guidelines and direction for all Automated Photo Enforcement activities and revenues within the City.

Bench Dedication Program Policy - The Bench Dedication Program Policy provides the opportunity for any Person to memorialize individuals or important events in a meaningful way, while enhancing City owned Green Spaces.

Communications and Public Participation Policy - The Communications and Public Participation Policy establishes standards and principles for effective communication.

Customer Conduct Policy - The Customer Conduct Policy ensures a safe and respectful workplace environment for Administration, while also ensuring that customers feel safe and supported attending a City Facility, Program or while being provided a service.

Development Security Policy - The Development Security Policy defines the requirement to provide security against the repair of damages to the City’s infrastructure and property (including but not limited to streets, lanes, sidewalks, curbs, curb stops, fences, and trees) as a result of work carried out in the course of development.

Diversity Inclusion and Accessibility Policy - The Diversity Inclusion and Accessibility Policy to recognize that some groups and individuals have particular and specific needs that must be met if they are to enjoy equitable access to the goods, services, and information offered by the City of Lloydminster.

Excavation Permit Policy - The Excavation Permit Policy is used outline requirements and guidelines for the reparation of damages to City infrastructure and property as a result of work carried out on City Controlled Lands.

External Personal Trainers Policy - The External Personal Trainers Policy sets guidelines in place to provide greater customer service and safety for patrons of recreation facilities by regulating the access of and qualifications required of individuals providing Personal Training and Fitness Instruction services.

Fieldhouse and Arena Allocation Policy - The Fieldhouse and Arena Allocation Policy provides a fair and equitable booking process for Users booking City Arena and Fieldhouse facilities. 

Honorary Naming of Assets Policy - The Honorary Naming of Assets Policy establishes clear guidelines for an equitable, and transparent process for the naming and renaming of City Assets in honour of persons, groups, or organizations.

Landfill Tipping Fee Exemption Policy - The Landfill Tipping Fee Exemption Policy provides and establish a landfill tipping fee exemption for non-profit organizations.

Land Sales Policy - As a public land developer, the Land Sales Policy provides a clear process and procedures throughout the entire residential, industrial and commercial land sale process.

Land Use Compliance Certificate Policy - The Land Use Compliance Certificate Policy outlines the process for verifying and confirming compliance of all existing buildings and structures within the City of Lloydminster.

License of Occupation Policy - The License of Occupation Policy establishes standards that will define Encroachments that the City may allow within the Road Right of Way and to develop a framework to ensure a fair and consistent use of Road Right of Ways within the City, while aiming to reduce liability, and eliminating adverse impacts of use

Municipal Enforcement Service Standards Policy - The purpose of the Municipal Enforcement Service Standards Policy is to establish clear, concise processes and service standard levels for the City of Lloydminster Designated Officers in order to provide exceptional service throughout the community.

Museum Collections Management Policy - The Museum Collections Management Policy provides standards and guidelines for the Collections Management at the Museum.

Neighbourhood Structure Plan Policy - The Neighbourhood Structure Plan Policy creates a framework and provides clarity for comprehensive long-range planning of any undeveloped land up to a maximum of approximately 130 hectares in total area.

Offsite Levy Policy - The Offsite Levy Policy ensures a fair and transparent approach to the collection of Offsite Levies while maintaining consideration for both the Developer and the City. It provides framework which supports the general principle that growth and development should support itself while still encouraging new, unique, and affordable development opportunities within the City.

Pest Management Policy - The Pest Management Policy provides a framework to guide the management and control of weeds in public parks and open spaces.

Playground Maintenance Policy - The Playground Maintenance Policy establishes guidelines for the maintenance of City playgrounds to comply with the 1998 Canadian Standards Association.

Public Art Policy - The Public Art Policy establishes guidelines for an equitable, and transparent process of the acquisition, maintenance, deaccessioning, funding, and displaying of Public Art in City facilities or on City property. As well as to provide visual enrichment, and a welcoming environment in educational and cultural experiences in the City of Lloydminster through art.

Recreation Access Policy - The City of Lloydminster acknowledges that health, well-being, culture and recreation are key pillars of Community Sustainability and through the Recreation Access Policy the City of Lloydminster will ensure that recreation services will be reasonably accessible to residents, regardless of their income status.

Recreation and Cultural Services Fees Policy - The Recreation and Cultural Services Fees Policy guides and effectively allocates public funds ensuring a reasonable and equitable proportion of the costs to deliver recreation programs and services are recovered through the establishment of fees for Facilities, Programs and services.

Recreation and Cultural Services Refund Policy - The Recreation and Cultural Services Refund Policy provides a fair, consistent, and transparent process for issuing Recreation and Cultural Services Refunds, Transfers and/or Withdrawals.

Sponsorship and Advertising Policy - The Sponsorship and Advertising Policy establishes a city wide protocol for sponsorships and advertisements.

Street Sweeping Policy - The Street Sweeping Policy establishes the level of street sweeping service that will be provided by the City of Lloydminster on public roadways and City parking lots within the corporate limits of the City.

Subdivision Prepaid Improvements Policy - The Subdivision Prepaid Improvements Policy establishes guidelines for the acquisition and use of funds accumulated in the Subdivision Prepaid Improvements Reserve #64308.

Tree Planting Policy - The Tree Planting Policy is in place to regulate, control and provide guidance when planting Trees on Boulevards and City Owned Property within the boundaries of the City of Lloydminster.

Video Surveillance Policy - The Video Surveillance Policy ensures consistency of corporate surveillance measures in City owned facilities.

Winter Roadway Maintenance Policy - The Winter Roadway Maintenance Policy sets winter snow and ice control service levels to provide for a safe and reliable roadway network.

Employee Code of Conduct Policy - The Employee Code of Conduct Policy outlines the City's expectations regarding conduct and behaviours for all City Employees. It is also to ensure Employees share a common baseline standard of acceptable conduct when conducting the business of the City and act at all times as responsible stewards and representatives of the City.

Group RRSP for Out of Scope Policy - The Group RRSP for Out of Scope Policy provides a retirement savings plan in the form of a structured Group RRSP Plan for out of scope employees that provides employees with the flexibility of individual investments and retirement payment options.

Privacy Policy - The Privacy Policy outlines how personal information is protected under the Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Provision of Benefits for Part Time Employees Policy - The Provision of Benefits for Part Time Employees Policy provides uniform benefits to employees who work less than 24-hours per week.

Smoking Policy - The Smoking Policy regulates smoking and provides a safe and healthy and smoke-free environment for City of Lloydminster employees and the general public.

Substance Use Policy - The Substance Use Policy puts processes in place to create and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. 

Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy - The Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy creates and maintains a harassment free workplace, where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
