Fitness Centre

Offering treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines and more, come exercise at the Servus Sports Centre Fitness Centre! With upbeat music playing and over 2,600 spacious square feet of exercise equipment, you are sure to find equipment to suit your needs. The Servus Sports Centre also boasts highly trained fitness staff and personal fitness programmers available to help boost your fitness level to new heights. 

We understand that being new to a gym can sometimes be intimidating, which is why we provide free fitness orientations with admission. Our fitness orientations will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills to utilize the fitness centre to its fullest potential. Orientations are approximately 45 minutes in duration.

Servus Sports Centre provides the following orientations: 

  • Stretch
  • Core
  • Free Weights
  • Strength Machines

  1. Children aged 10-13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the fitness centre. Children 9 and under are not permitted.
  2. Clean, closed toe shoes are recommended.
  3. Jeans are prohibited in the fitness centre.
  4. Wipe down equipment after use and return all equipment to the appropriate place after use.
  5. Overnight use of lockers is not permitted unless you have a registered locker rental. Locks will be removed from lockers that are in violation.
  6. No food allowed.
  7. Beverages with secured lids are permitted.
  8. No yelling or loud grunting.
  9. Do not drop weights on the floor.

  10. If you prefer your own music, please wear headphones.
  11. 30 minutes maximum on all cardio equipment when others are waiting
  12. If you are using your phone, clean your equipment and step aside so someone else may use it until you are done.
