Portion of 41 Street closed while urbanization work completed

Lloydminster, AB/SK – Lloydminster motorists are advised that 41 Street will be closed from 40 Avenue to east of 39 Avenue from Monday, September 23, 2024, until Friday, November 8, 2024.

The work will include road excavation, cement stabilization, installation of storm sewers, curbs, gutters, and asphalt paving. Additionally, a new three-metre-wide asphalt walking trail will be constructed on the south side of 41 Street, along with landscape improvements.

Detours and signage will be in place to ensure public safety. Motorists are encouraged to follow detours and drive cautiously in the vicinity of the area.
