Lloydminster RCMP request assistance locating missing youth

Lloydminster, AB/SK - Update: Buffin has been located safe.

On Aug. 31, 2024, Lloydminster RCMP received a report of a missing youth. 15-year-old Tracy Buffin was last seen in Lloydminster on July 27, 2024. She is believed to be in the Calgary area. Tracy’s family is concerned for her well-being.

Tracy Buffin is described as:

· 5 feet 8 inches tall;

· 100 pounds;

· Brown eyes;

· Brown hair;

Last seen wearing jean shorts, black shirt, DC shoes.
