First responders extend thank you to Lloydminster community

Lloydminster, AB – The Lloydminster community donated 5,600 pounds of food and over $5,000 in toys and cash was raised during the Kick Off to Christmas, hosted by Lloydminster's first responders on Saturday, December 2, 2023.

First responders from the Lloydminster RCMP, WPD Ambulance, Medavie Health Services West, Lloydminster Rescue Squad, and City of Lloydminster Municipal Enforcement collected donations at local grocery retailers to support the Lloydminster Salvation Army and The Olive Tree. 

On behalf of all first responders in Lloydminster, a heartfelt thank you is extended to the community for its unwavering support. The impact of this collective effort will undoubtedly make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need.
