Detours Implemented During Roadway Patching on 40 Avenue

Lloydminster, AB/SK – Road repairs along 40 Avenue from 52 Street to 57 Street will result in temporary traffic detours beginning July 17, 2024.

Traffic accommodation measures, including signage and detours, will be implemented for the duration of the work to ensure the safety of workers, motorists and pedestrians.

The proposed traffic accommodation plan will detour traffic to 67 Street via 50 Avenue (Hwy 17) when no traffic is permitted.

Properties along 40 Avenue will continue to have access while work is completed.

Motorists are reminded to drive safely around the construction zones and to follow all construction signage and detours.
