City Manager’s Office

  1. Administration presented a petition regarding Borrowing Bylaw 3-2024 for the purposes of a new Lloydminster Golf & Curling Centre Maintenance Shop that was received by the City of Lloydminster. Council accepted the report on the petition as information.

Office of the City Clerk

  1. Council approved entering into the Regional Emergency Management Collective Agreement as presented.

Chief Financial Officer

  1. Council approved Policy No. 134-16 – Purchasing Card Policy as presented. Additionally, Council repealed Policy No. 023-2017 – Purchasing Card Policy.

Operations

  1. Administration presented an update regarding the Land Use Bylaw. Council accepted the report as information.
  2. Council awarded the contract for the Dozer Purchase to Brandt Tractor of Saskatoon, Sask., in the amount of $709,000, excluding GST, to be allocated from the 2024 Capital Budget Project No.: 2443001.
