Locate and Water Service Requests

The Locate Request form is to locate of City-owned underground utilities, including water, wastewater and storm water.

To book an inspection, please fill out the inspection request form. Please complete one form per address.

The cost per hydrant inspection is a fixed fee of $105 plus applicable taxes as per Bylaw 26-2016.

The Temporary Water Supply form is for large construction projects, such as street maintenance, flushing new water mains, or filling water tanks.

The Water Line Disinfection Application form is for contractors. Contractors must meet with the Water Services group to Discuss the disinfection method, sampling, and testing.

The disinfection procedure will not be approved without the pre-application documentation, which must be submitted three weeks in advance.
