The Residential Utility Account Application is for residents who do not currently have a water account with the City of Lloydminster.
The Commercial Utility Account Application is for commercial or business properties that do not currently have a water account with the City of Lloydminster.
The Disconnection form is for residents who no longer require water services in Lloydminster.
The completion of the Property Owner Authorization Form is required in cases where a Property Owner wishes to have the Utility Account for their property registered in both their own name and that of a tenant. Property managers are permitted to submit this form on behalf of the Property Owner as per the terms of their agreements.
The Transfer form is for residents who are moving from one house to another within the City of Lloydminster.
The Utility Account Name Change Request form is for residents who wish to change their name on their account.
The Account Information Change Request form is for residents who wish to change their mailing address, email and phone number.
The Water Meter Read form is for residents and contractors requiring a water meter for a new build or expansion. To ensure water meters are read in conjunction with moving dates, please submit forms at least three business days prior to moving. The City reads water meters on weekdays, therefore, if you are moving on a weekend, your meter will be read the Friday before or the Monday after you have moved.
