Heritage Building

The City of Lloydminster is seeking proposals for the historic Heritage Building facility.

The Heritage Building is located in the Downtown core at the intersection of 50 Avenue and 50 Street. This facility features rich architecture, immense historical significance, an abundance of potential, and much more. 

The City of Lloydminster welcomes proposals from proponents in respect to the sale and redevelopment of 5001 50 Avenue Lloydminster SK, S9V 0P8 for conversion and/or potential expansion of the existing building as guided by The Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan (DARP) use and development of Downtown Lloydminster as well as the redevelopment of Heritage Buildings as required by the Municipal Heritage Property Bylaw (Bylaw No.02-1981), and the Saskatchewan Heritage Property Act, 1980.
