Event Permit
The City of Lloydminster Event Permit applies to the following:
  • Community Event Permit
  • Parade Permit
  • Temporary Residential Street Closure
  • Other (Events not named above that may occur on public property or roadways)

If you are planning to hold an event on a public roadway or space, you are required to obtain a permit prior to the event. This permit ensures that the event meets all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations. Failure to obtain a permit prior to an event commencing may result in organizers being fined and/or the event being halted. The City of Lloydminster Public Safety Department is committed to working together with residents to ensure that all activities conducted on public properties are safe and successful.

The permit should be completed and submitted a minimum of 1 week prior to the event. Insurance is required prior to the permit being issued, please ensure to attach it to your application.
