What are your development plans?
Our representatives want to optimise your development objectives so we can find the perfect parcel to suit your needs whether it be a lot backing on to park or an industrial parcel with superior access. We may review the Zoning Bylaw for a better understanding of what the requirements are for the parcel. Need to live closer to work? Need to be closer to amenities? Need a direct truck route access? Our representatives can take a look at the City as a whole and to understand your lifestyle and business needs.

What types of neighbourhoods do we have to offer?

Quality of life is what our neighbourhoods are about. We can talk about neighbourhood plans that have been approved by City Council called Area Structure Plans (ASP’s). ASP’s are master plans that set out the ultimate vision for the neighbourhood. After all, you will want to know what kind of neighbourhood you are investing into.

How do I purchase a lot, what do I do next?
Your investment matters to us. We want to highlight some important points related to the sales agreements and buying into a City Land Division neighbourhood. 

Representatives will review the infrastructure details of the lot with you to make sure you are comfortable with what’s on and around it. 

We will review the Land Sale Policy and Procedures. We wish to be transparent about how we market, sell and administer City owned lots.

We will review the Sales Agreement and identify important components such as the Architectural Controls, Building Commitments and other significant terms and conditions.

Why architectural controls?
Like other large developers, the Land Division recognizes that aesthetically cohesive neighbourhoods protect the long term value of your property and provide you a level of comfort on your investment. The Land Division has an architectural review committee that will review your plans to make sure it meets the requirements.

I have paid for my lot and I am ready to develop, what do I do next?
