    June 22, 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM @ The Root: Community Emporium

In co-ordination with Arts Without Borders Arts Festival, Murray McDonnell and Ross Ulmer have assembled a team of Lloydminster ALL STARS for a night of smooth jazz and fusion at the Root. The band will front three horns (Kirby Hayes – Alto Sax, Aaron Sikora – Tenor Sax, Ross Ulmer – Trombone) and a monster rhythm section with two incredibly funky people – Evan Davis & Tanner Hnidey back from a year at University, Connor Sturge on drums and two fantastic guitarists on stage – Trent Bloch-Hansen and Murray McDonnell. The performance starts at 7:30 with two sets of music. Drop in earlier to sample fine food from the Root’s new Chef, or relax to a glass of wine or two. (Bring a driver!). Reservations are strongly suggested – this event is normally sold out days and days ahead of time. There will be a 10.00 per person cover charge – proceeds will go towards the Arts Without Borders Arts Festival.
