What is a minimum utility bill?
Minimum bill for residential services is $102.88 (which includes garbage, meter charge* and storm water), then depending on how much water you use, you are billed $3.50/cubic meter of water up to 60m3 or $3.65/cubic meter if water consumption is over 60m3 per billing period. For commercial properties, it depends on the size of water meter your business has and depends on consumption of water.
