How can I pay my utility bill?
There are multiple payment options available:
• Pay in person at City Hall or the Operations Centre (no cash accepted)– the hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and the cashier is open through the lunch hour. There is also a mail slot in the front entrance of City Hall, which is open daily from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m., where you can drop off cheques.
• Pay through your financial institution (online banking, telephone banking or in person). To pay via telebanking or online,you mat need to contact your bank for the payee name. Some of the most common payee names are: City of Lloydminster-Water; Lloydminster City of - Water; Lloydminster Water; Lloydminster (City) - Water or Lloydminster (City of) Water & Sewer. You will also need your water account number.
• Phone in payment via Visa or Mastercard to the cashier at (780) 875-6184 Ext. 2129
• Pre authorized debit please use the Pre Authorized Debit Form.
• You can also pay your utility bill online at www.lloydminster,ca/VCHPre authorized debit form
