Are property owners responsible for sidewalk snow and ice removal?
The Owner or Occupant of any property situated along municipal streets shall be responsible for the removal of snow, ice, dirt, debris or other material from the sidewalk within seventy-two Hours (72) hours after the snow, ice, dirt or debris is deposited thereon by any means whatsoever.
