How do I get on the agenda for City Council.
You must contact the office of the City Clerk to advise that you wish to make a presentation to City Council. If the item you wish to address is already on Council's agenda, you may submit your written presentation to the City Clerk 7 business days prior to the Council meeting. Your presentation will be included in the agenda package, and the Mayor will ask for your presentation at the appropriate time in the agenda. You will be asked to come to the podium, introduce yourself and make your presentation. The presentation time will be limited to 5 minutes.
